SRM Concrete announced the acquisition of Indiana-based mixer company, Indiana Phoenix Inc., on Friday, July 30th. This acquisition will allow SRM to begin supplementing the company's high demand for mixer trucks.

Indiana Phoenix has been producing high-quality mixer trucks for over 20 years out of Fort Wayne, Indiana. In addition to acquiring a 59,000 square foot facility, SRM will gain over 80 skilled and experienced team members.

This transaction enables us to build our own mixer trucks and give us an incredible competitive advantage.
