SRM Concrete announced the acquisition of Environmental Concrete & Materials in Fort Myers, Florida.

CEO, Jeff Hollingshead stated, “ECM is a great family-owned business that has been built by hard work. They have become the largest producer in the Fort Myers market, and we are excited to add them to our existing team in the market. With the addition of their team and assets, we will have a leading role in this important market in Florida.”

The acquisition of ECM marks SRM’s fifth concrete plant in the Fort Myers area.
