SMYRNA, TN – August 1, 2022

SRM Concrete has named Brian Genovese as the GM in Dallas/Fort Worth and Central Texas. It was announced today by Jeff Hollingshead, Chief Executive Officer, SRM Concrete. The position was formerly held by Tyler Easom, who was recently promoted to South Division President. Brian has been with SRM Concrete since the acquisition of 24 plants from Argos USA in 2021.

CEO, Jeff Hollingshead stated, “Brian has been an incredible asset to our ready-mix operation in DFW, and we are excited for him to step into this new role. We believe Brian has the right mix of industry and leadership experience to continue to elevate our service.”

SRM Concrete seeks to empower and advance team members by promoting internally, furthering training, and providing leadership growth materials. SRM made over 75 internal promotions in 2021 and is looking to continue to advance even more team members in 2022.
