SRM Materials LLC is proud to announce the acquisition of Brown Brothers Sand, LLC, a sand mine operation located in Junction City, Georgia.

SRM Materials President, Ryan Hollingshead stated, “We are excited to bring in another sand operation to SRM Materials. Not only did we gain a great site, but we also gained a great team.”

This acquisition marks the third acquisition for SRM Materials this year and provides the company with a third site in the state of Georgia. Born out of a need to supply SRM Concrete plants with quality aggregates, the materials division has grown to 18 mining sites across seven states.
