Nashville, TN—Smyrna Ready Mix Concrete, LLC, a concrete manufacturer based in Nashville, Tennessee announced today the acquisition of Paragon Ready Mix Inc located in Utica and Waterford, Michigan, and a leading value-added provider of ready mix concrete and related products and services to the construction industry in metro Detroit.

SRM Concrete also announced this week the acquisitions of Argos Ready Mix Concrete plants in Dallas, Texas; Southeast Ready Mix in Savannah, Georgia; and St. Johns River Concrete Company in Palatka, Florida.
