SRM Concrete is proud to announce the promotion of Andrew Allen to the role of Chief Learning Officer (CLO). Andrew has served as SRM’s Director of Training, where he played a pivotal role in building and improving learning systems across the company. In his new position as CLO, he will lead the development and execution of a company-wide training strategy aimed at equipping every team member with the tools, skills, and knowledge they need to succeed.
