SMYRNA, TN – December 22, 2025

SRM Concrete has acquired Amarillo Redi-Mix in Amarillo, Texas, adding two ready-mix concrete batch plants and over 35 team members to SRM’s existing presence in the region.

“We’re looking forward to bringing the Amarillo Redi-Mix team into the SRM family,” stated SRM Concrete CEO, Jeff Hollingshead. “This region has been very strong for us in 2025 with the onset of several large projects, and this tuck-in acquisition will allow us to bolster our service capabilities to provide this market with quality concrete.”

SRM Concrete entered the Amarillo region in 2023 following the acquisition of Vulcan Materials’ ready-mix assets in Texas.
