SRM Concrete has named Leroy Smith as the Quality Control Manager in Central Texas where he will oversee the quality control efforts of 19 ready-mix concrete plants.

Chief Technical Officer, Mike Zagula stated, “We are excited to have Leroy step into this new role in Central Texas. He possesses a tremendous amount of experience, and we are confident he will ensure we are batching quality concrete every time.”

Leroy has over 15 years of experience leading quality control teams in the ready-mix industry.
