The Human Resource Representative will assist the Human Resource Manager with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties. Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resource Manager, assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (Checking employees times, absences, bonus, leaves, etc) Assist recruiters to source candidates and onboarding, coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews, conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees and all onboarding paperwork.
